VertiSVV is a compact and intuitive Subjective Visual Vertical (SVV) and Subjective Visual Horizontal (SVH) testing system developed by ZEHNIT Medical Technology for the evaluation of otolith function and central vestibular disorders. It enables precise assessment of how patients perceive vertical and horizontal orientation under both upright and tilted head positions.

The system consists of VR goggles, a wireless controller, and dedicated VertiPACS software, creating a fully integrated solution for stimulus presentation, data collection, and clinical analysis. The VR goggles eliminate external visual references to ensure accurate and controlled testing conditions.

VertiSVV™ allows patients to adjust a visual target using an ergonomic one-hand controller, achieving high-precision alignment with accuracy up to ±0.2°, while the system records head orientation and deviation from true vertical or horizontal in real time.

The software provides structured test guidance, data visualization, and normative comparisons, supporting clinicians in producing reliable and standardized diagnostic results.

With its immersive design, precise measurement capability, and seamless software integration, VertiSVV™ is widely used in ENT, neurology, and vestibular clinics for the diagnosis and monitoring of balance disorders related to otolith dysfunction.
